What is SML Hub?
SML Hub is your new online self-service customer portal. The Hub will be accessible 24x7 and give you instant access to all Sydney Markets Limited resources;
- Invoices
- Statements
- Payments
- Transfers and property requests
- Service requests
- And a whole lot more!
WHO IS SML HUB FOR?
SML Hub is for all customers of Sydney Markets including Wholesale, Warehouse, Growers, Flowers, Plaza and Paddy’s Markets Categories.
DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO USE SML HUB?
Yes, access to the SML Hub will be through a secure Login and Password. In the lead up to the launch Sydney Markets staff will visit each tenant to organise your registration.
WHO SHOULD I CHOOSE TO BE MY COMPANY ADMINISTRATOR?
Each tenant will be asked to nominate an administrator who will be responsible for accessing and setting up the portal.
When selecting an administrator it is important that the person selected is authorised to access Accounts level information relating to your business and staff.
WHAT IS THE ADMINISTRATOR EXPECTED TO DO?
Upon the first login, the administrator will be asked to check and complete your company and contact information that has been added to the portal.
Once setup the admin will be responsible for any password updates and updating your company and contact information as is required.
TO ACCESS SML HUB
Once the system is live, you will be given your login details and directed to:
hub.sydneymarkets.com.au
- Your SML Hub username is the email address nominated by you/your administrator
- Your SML Hub password will be sent to your email by salesforce, check spam folders
