Grown in the orchards of Victoria and South Australia, these juicy delights are available at your local greengrocer for $5-$12/kg, depending on variety and size. Enjoy Donut peaches and nectarines for $18-$20 a kilo.

Summer berries are abundant and delicious! It's time to enjoy blueberries: $2-$5/punnet (including jumbo size). Raspberries are $3-$6/punnet. Blackberries are $3-$5/punnet. Victorian Strawberries are $3-$6/punnet. If you have any leftover panettone, this berry panettone trifle is delicious.

New-season grapes are here—sweet, crunchy, and irresistible! White, red, and black varieties range from $10-$20 a kg, while premium trademarked varieties are up to $30 a kg.

Late-season cherries from Tasmania are plump, flavourful, and top-quality. Prices range from $20-$70 a kg, varying by size and variety. Don't miss this succulent treat!

Exquisite North Queensland lychees are in season! Priced between $30-$65 a kg, varieties like the grand Erdon Lee stand out, boasting fruit four times larger than usual, with sweet flesh and small seeds. Try this delicious dessert -Lychees & mangoes in lime syrup.

Juicy red and yellow-fleshed plums deliver the perfect sweet-tangy kick. Enjoy them fresh or poached with sweetened yoghurt.

Mangoes - pick from four premium varieties: Kensington Pride, Calypso, Rosa and R2E2, priced between $2.50-$5 each. Perfectly sweet and juicy for all your summer cravings!

Summer's peak tomato season is here! Explore a vibrant selection of Medley tomatoes, tasty Truss, cherry and grape varieties, or the softer, flavour-packed heirlooms. Prices range from $3 a punnet to $10 a kg, depending on the variety. Add a splash of summer to your salads, pasta, or sandwiches with these fresh favourites! Enjoy juicy golden sweetcorn this week for just $1-$1.50 per cob! Add kernels to burger patties for sweetness, colour, and fibre, or char-grill cobs for a smoky twist. Give them a try!

Crisp bunches of summer Victorian-grown celery are a good buy at $3-$4. Low in kilojoules and easy to make, this tasty Grape, celery & chicken salad - is perfect for lunch or dinner. If packing the salad in a chilled lunch box or a picnic - pack the dressing separately so the salad leaves stay crisp.

Eggplants are in peak season from late summer to early autumn, offering great value as Sydney growers harvest quality crops. Look for smooth, firm eggplants with glossy, satin-like skin that feels heavy for its size. Priced at $7-$10 per kilo, eggplants are perfect for roasting, grilling, barbecuing, or baking.
