If you cannot achieve satisfaction through the disputes mechanism, you have the right to use the law.
However, formal legal action to resolve a dispute can be expensive and time-consuming.
A big advantage you have as a grower is freedom of choice. While it may not resolve your current dispute,
you can reduce the likelihood of it happening in the future by finding another marketing partner.
